Space Application
- Applications will be accepted by April 30th, 2026 in order of receipt.
However applications may be rejected if space is fully booked before the above deadline. - Minimum space application is at least 18㎡(2 booths). One booth is 9㎡(W3m×L3m).
- Send application form duly filled out and signed by the exhibitor to the Secretariat office.

- Space allocation
Space allocation will be exclusively decided by the organizer in order ti receipt of 50% of space rental cost, taking into account booth size and type of exhhibit.

The organizer will provides generic construction for only those companies which choose shell scheme.

- Electricity will be supplied only basic electric light fittings. For use of additional electric lights and electric appliances and equipments, the exhibitor must submit an utility application form to the organizer.
